General bonus terms

1. All bonus offers are strictly limited to one person and their family, home address, email address, IP address, telephone number, account number, credit or debit card number, e-wallet number, payment system account and one electronic device (computer, mobile phone, tablet, etc.)

2. All the players can take advantage of the bonuses, except for the cases when the bonus has country restrictions and the player is a citizen of one of these countries

3. The Casino reserves the right to exclude players from receiving bonuses, promotions, and cancel any winnings received by the player using bonus funds in any circumstances including:

• If the player delays game rounds to a latter time when they have no wagering requirements
• If the player leaves huge bets on the table and returns to the game only after completing bonus wagering
• If the player participates in a promotion and cashes out before fulfilling all the requirements of that certain promotion
• If the player provides incorrect or misleading registration, account or identification details
• If the player has more than one active account on the Casino
• If the player is suspected of fraudulent actions against payment providers
• If the player has been caught cheating or if it is determined by the Casino that they utilized electronic devices, software, or automated systems with the aim to defeat the Casino
• If the player has been defined as a bonus abuser, using strategies to take advantage of any system bug to withdraw promotional money
• If the player uses double-ups in excess with an aim to increase their winnings
• If the player creates multiple accounts by using a VPN, or by masking their IP address to claim more promotions, bonuses and/or offers. All the bonuses have a minimum deposit requirement for obtaining the bonus, limitation of the maximum possible bonus amount, wagering requirements, limitation of the maximum amount of bets that count towards bonus wagering and time limitation of bonus life unless otherwise indicated

4. The maximum bet that counts towards wagering the bonus is 5 EUR. This restriction applies to the entire game bonus rounds purchased within the game, and also to bets doubling after the completion of the game round

5. The winnings obtained by using bonuses become available for withdrawal only after meeting wagering requirements

6. Bonus wagering begins with the use of real money funds. Any winnings obtained during bonus wagering using real money funds are credited to the bonus balance. If the real money balance is depleted, the wagering process continues using bonus funds. Once the wagering requirements are met, all funds are transferred to the real money balance. For your convenience, we have separated the display of real and bonus balances. You can check your balances under your nickname in the website header or in the menu at the bottom right corner of the screen

7. Validity of the bonus is seven days from the moment it was received depending on the bonus unless otherwise indicated

8. At the end of the bonus period, if the bonus remains valid and the wagering requirements are not met, all bonus money and winnings are void

9. All the bonuses are non-sticky. This means you cannot request your withdrawal until wagering requirements are totally fulfilled. Also, you start playing for real money first, then for bonus money. As soon as bonus money is lost, the bonus is lost as well

10. A player can request a withdrawal of their deposit before meeting wagering requirements for the bonus. In this case, the amount of bonus and winnings are void and the remaining funds, if any, are paid to the player

11. A player can cancel a bonus at any time in the “Bonuses” section of their profile. To initiate cancellation, click on “Details” on the card of your active bonus, then proceed to click on “Cancel Bonus”in the pop-up window, and confirm your action. Please note that after bonus cancellation, the bonus funds will be deducted from your account and you will be left with your real-money funds

12. A player can simultaneously have multiple bonuses active in their account. The wagering of bonuses occurs in the order of their activation, from the earliest to the latest. The progress of bonus wagering is provided exclusively for one bonus through a dedicated scale. It’s important to know that only one bonus can be activated per deposit

13. It is prohibited to delay any game round in any game, including free spins features and bonus features, to a later time when you have no more wagering requirement and/or performing new deposit(s) while having free spins features or bonus features still available in a game

14. The use of bonus funds purely to progress through the bonus stages is prohibited — particularly in the cases when bonus or cash funds are used purely to progress through the bonus stages (e.g. collecting 9 out of 10 coins to reach the bonus feature), and then final stages (e.g. playing to collect the final coin to reach 10 out of 10 and the bonus feature) are completed with cash bets when bonus funds have been forfeited, lost or wagering has been met and converted to cash. 15. The maximum bet contributing to bonus wagering is 5 EUR. However, it's important to note that bets in table games, video poker, and roulette do not contribute to bonus wagering. Exceptions are games from Pragmatic Play Live, Swintt Live, Absolute Live Gaming and Platipus Live, where 5% of the maximum bet counts towards bonus wagering. Experience Points (CP) are not awarded in these games

16. Bonus bets are not available on games where a bonus purchase is available, on slots with an accumulation feature and on all progressive jackpot slots, such bets are not available on non-slot games (games where the mechanics of the game itself are different from the mechanics of slots, for example - crash games, bingo, board games, etc.). 19. The maximum winning limit applies even after the bonus has been cleared as required. The maximum amount of funds received as a result of using the no-deposit bonus that will be available for withdrawal is 50 EUR. To request a withdrawal, the account must have been fully verified and the minimum deposit requirements met
