Payment policy

This Payment Policy is valid for all Users (clients) of the portal, without exception, and is established by the Service Provider. By registering on the site, the User automatically agrees with the User Agreement and this Policy. Any definition cannot be interpreted in two ways, wherever it is indicated in the User Agreement.

Only the User (client) is legally responsible for all financial transactions that are carried out on the portal, including fees, commissions, duties and/or other payments.

The Service Provider accepts any payments in the amount indicated on the portal. Other amounts and/or payments are not taken into account. Any payment transaction that the User (client) has confirmed by clicking the «Payment» button is considered completed. From this moment, it is impossible to cancel the payment. 

If the Service Provider detects illegal financial transactions, such as fraud, the use of lost or stolen payment instruments (cards, electronic wallets, etc.), the Provider has the right to block the user account. The Service Provider will also duly inform the relevant organizations of any unlawful/fraudulent transactions detected. The Service Provider does not accept claims and is not responsible for the unauthorized use of payment means. In turn, the Service Provider reserves the right to use the services of collection services to recover the loss.

Any procedures for identifying the User are lawful. To confirm any financial transaction on the portal, the Service Provider has the right to request an identity card and/or photo, passport, photo of the User with a payment card used for payment, an invoice in the name of the User, a video call in any of the programs available for video communication. Until the requested information is received, the Service Provider has the right to block the User's account. Refusal of any form of identification entitles the Service Provider to terminate the maintenance of the User's account.

All prices and any cost of the Services or Products on the portal are final and do not depend on the Service Provider, who only conducts payments. Any additional payments and financial transactions, as well as the responsibility for timely payment, are the User’s obligations. In case of disagreement or other questions about the operation of the portal, Services, or Products, the Service Provider recommends contacting the support service. Until all the circumstances are clarified, the Service Provider advises refraining from any financial transactions.

In case of problems (delay and refusal to pay, etc.) with the bank that issued the payment card or other payment systems, the Service Provider is not responsible for financial transactions on the portal. The cost, quantity, volume, and other characteristics of goods and services which are received by a payment card and/or payment systems on the portal are not in the competence of the Service Provider as well. Please note, that Australian end-customers are only allowed to use their Debit Cards and not their Credit Cards. 

Payments and other financial transactions from third parties, including relatives and spouses, proxies, are not accepted by the Service Provider. Only the owner of the account, the User who has verified his identity in the manner specified above or in another way proposed by the Service Provider, has the right to deposit funds and use this particular account. Errors, inaccuracies, and disruptions of this Payment Policy give the Service Provider the right to block or confiscate all funds in the account.
The fact of registration confirms that the User owns the payment card/account in the payment system that he uses. By registering, the User also confirms that he has the right to use the Services and Products of the portal.

By using the Services and Products of the portal, the User accepts all legal responsibility and confirms the legality of his actions in accordance with the laws of the state in which he uses these Products and Services. Any responsibility, including legal liability for unauthorized/illegal or similar actions, is relieved of the Service Provider.

The fact of registration also means that the User makes all payments consciously, agrees with these Terms and Conditions and the Payment Policy, and does not violate the laws of the country where he is a resident. Any monetary transactions are prohibited if gambling is illegal in the geographic and political place where the User is located.
