Gifts and bonuses
Bonuses are either cash or free spins that are added to your balance. Bonus amounts depend on the promotion terms and all players have to meet wagering requirements before cashing them out.
All active bonuses and those available for activation can be viewed in the “Bonuses” section of your profile. The “Bonuses” section is divided into categories “Casino” and “Sports,” with corresponding bonuses presented in each category.
Each category has subcategories:
♦ Available: Bonuses that haven't been activated. This subcategory features deposit and no-deposit bonuses.
♦ Active: Bonuses that have already been activated. If a player has multiple activated bonuses, they will need to wager the initially activated bonus first; other bonuses will be awaiting their wagering turn with the status “In line.” The order of bonus wagering cannot be changed.
Bets made for wagering purposes will contribute exclusively to the wagering requirements of the first activated bonus (the first in line). The wagering progress can be viewed in the dropdown menu accessible after clicking on the balance in the top right corner of the website.
The player can simultaneously wager one casino bonus and one sports bonus.
All active bonuses can be canceled. To cancel a bonus, click on the “Details” button on the bonus card, then proceed to click “Cancel Bonus” in the pop-up window, and confirm the cancellation. Please note that each bonus must be canceled individually.
Players can access the history of activated and utilized bonuses in the “Bonuses” section of their profile. Bonus data is retained for one month.
Each bonus has a wagering requirement – the coefficient by which the bonus amount is multiplied. The result is the number of bets you have to place in the game to wager the bonus. For instance, if you received a 100% bonus for your first deposit (30 EUR) with x40 wager, you therefore will need to place bets on the amount of 1200 EUR (deposit amount x wager) to be able to withdraw your winnings. Please make sure to play games from the Bonus Wagering section, as 5 EUR from each bet is taken into the progress.

Your bonus is considered wagered when your bonus funds have been transferred to your real money balance. In this case, your bonus money balance will be empty. To get your first deposit bonus, you have to make a deposit of at least 20 EUR. To get your second deposit bonus, you have to make a deposit of at least 40 EUR. Before depositing, do not forget to select a deposit bonus at the Cashbox. The bonus will be automatically added to your account once the deposit is processed.

Cashback is a no-deposit bonus with x5 wager. It is automatically credited to your account each Thursday. Weekly Cashback is calculated based on the difference in deposits and withdrawals for the last week, minus the amount of the player's balance and active withdrawal requests at the time of cashback accrual. The percentage of cashback depends on the player’s loyalty level.

Withdrawals
To withdraw your winnings, you need to create a withdrawal request. To do this, click “Withdraw” in the Cashbox, select the payment system that you used to replenish the account, and enter the desired amount. If necessary, create several requests.
If you want to withdraw your winnings to a new payment system or the bank card that was not used for the deposit, first verify it in your Profile.
Check if you have any unused bonuses left before withdrawing (free spins or others). Remember, they will be automatically canceled after you create a withdrawal request. Please note that withdrawal with an active bonus balance is not available. You can cancel the bonus amount via Support, and it will be debited.

It controls how much money you spend on playing by regulating your potential losses. This limit depends on losses and wins. We calculate it with this formula: Loss limit = Bets – Wins. The limit takes into account bets and winnings on both real and bonus money. Bets in casinos and sports are also considered.
If you reach the limit, you can’t place bets on games or sports that exceed it.
Please note the loss is based on the initial limit sum not winnings attributed to the deposit amount. For example, you deposit 50 EUR, put a loss limit of 10 EUR, and then go on to win 1 000 EUR. So you can still lose more than 10 EUR of 1 000 EUR balance. The reason is that it’s based on the initial sum instead of the winnings.
