How to verify your account

To verify your account:

Press Upload documents
Select the country where you’re a resident or live
Agree to process your personal data by pressing Continue
Select the country that issued your document
Select the document such as ID card, passport, residence permit, or driver’s license
Upload the photo of your passport, driver’s license, or other identity document
Check if all your personal info is visible and the photo isn’t blurry

Note: check if the attached document is valid for at least a month. The system won’t accept the expired documents. If the document has 2 sides, attach both of them.
Make a live selfie
- Turn your head and look straight towards the camera
- Rotate slowly your head to help the system identify you
Check if all your info is correct. By pressing Next, you confirm that. This action is also necessary to complete your verification.

You’ll see a message that your documents have been sent for verification.

Press Verify near the Payment section

Note: you’ll access payment verification only after uploading documents for identity
Upload the photos of 2 sides of your bank card
- Check if your cardholder’s name, the first 6 and last 4 digits, expiry date are visible
- Hide your 3-digit CVV code on the back of your card
  
  Important: don’t use design tools to hide the numbers. Do this with your finger or a piece of paper.
  
  Note: upload the photos of your documents in JPEG, JFIF, PJPEG, PJP, JPG, PNG or PDF format. The size is less than 10 MB, with no glare or smudges. Check if all 4 corners and necessary info are visible. Our system doesn’t accept low-quality photos or the ones edited with design tool.
Once our system verifies your data, we’ll notify you via email. You can check if your account has been verified in the Verification tab.
