Return Policy

The current Return Policy (hereinafter the "Policy" ) is an important part of the Agreement between the Supplier and the Site User.

Supplier does not bear guarantees in terms of compensation and refund. The exceptions are cases when the game was not played with such funds.

Supplier may decide to reimburse the player's funds, the reason for which was written off due to technical problems or system failures. Terms of Return Policy

1. The player has the right to submit a request for a refund only in case of technical problems or failures of the Site due to the fault of the Provider, which led to the withdrawal of the amount of money from the User's gaming account without his knowledge. This request must be submitted within 7 days from the moment when the loss of funds from the game account occurred. A request submitted after 1 calendar month from the moment the User became aware of the loss of money will not be considered

2. When considering such a request, the Supplier has the right to require the User to provide any confirming screenshots, documents or information about the loss of money. User applications will not be processed without the necessary accompanying documentation

3. The supplier may refuse to return funds without giving reasons and further appeal

4. The Supplier may refuse to reimburse the User if the latter does not document that the loss of funds occurred due to a technical failure or the following cases:

  • theoretical payoff
  • loss of money due to system failures (including a malfunction of the PC or any other device through which the game is played, network connection), or problems in a system owned by a third party
  • if the Provider has previously violated the Site Terms and Conditions or any clause of the KYC Policy and Procedure

5. The purchased game currency is not subject to exchange / return, including cases when the User refuses further services of the Supplier, and the funds are on his balance

6. No one, except for representatives of the Supplier's support service, has the right to consider requests from Users regarding refunds or appeals against decisions of the support service

7. The User may be denied a refund if the documents confirming the Client's identity are not provided within 5 calendar days from the date of the Supplier's request

8. In case of providing deliberately false information in order to obtain compensation, the User may be held liable under the current legislation
